For the first time this year, we have created a Team Leaders Master Class.

Designed specifically for significant Team Leaders who work alongside Senior Pastors. Associate Pastors, Worship Pastors, Children’s Pastors, Youth Pastors, and Executive team – anyone who holds a crucial leadership position in your church, without holding the Senior Pastor title.  

A unique Master Class where you can meet and share with others who are “in the same boat”, and hear from speakers with a range of experience to bring significant insight. Our focuses will be:

More than any other ingredient to create an effective team is the need to flow together in a spirit of togetherness. Whether the leader or a team member knowing what it takes to walk together unified is the number one key to true kingdom effectiveness.

Understanding the role we carry in a catalyst vision is the first base on the diamond of hitting a home run. Independence and a ‘me-first’ ministry focus will sand bag what God desires to see happen. Our first and ultimate goal is to understand what our leaders needs from us.
