This Master Class has been designed for Senior Pastors and spouses.

Understanding the intricacies of a Senior Pastor’s world, these focused sessions will not just address a range of topics, but provide an environment for sharing success keys as well as mistakes and lessons learnt. Hosted by Ps Paul de Jong and presenting seasoned pastors from which to glean, the two days will have two main focuses

1. Leading a Financial Release In every church, finances determine the release of vision.  

We will spend an entire day addressing the subject of how to create a greater release in the area of finance. The rights and wrongs and the keys learnt over many years.

2. Creating a Communication Flow

Communication, believe it or not, is the reason many Churches fail to reach their God given vision and goals. Once again we will be taking an entire day with four sessions giving the insights by key senior pastors on how to create an effective communication culture. An opportunity to connect and interact with other Senior Pastors, we know this setting will provide a real shift in the subjects being dealt with.
